International Analytical Group, Inc. (IAG) was established in 1998 as an independent project management and QA/QC firm for environmental analytical services by Marino Fernandez. Driven by the needs of our clients, our services grew to include third party environmental laboratory data review and data validation, sampling and analysis, expert testimony, laboratory audits, and a wide variety of environmental laboratory consulting services.

2011-2014 IAG expanded its international client base to include over nine energy companies plus local environmental consultants with operations in seventeen countries in the Caribbean and Latin America.

2010-2014 IAG provided laboratory consulting services to local agencies and institutions that included the Miami-Dade Aviation Department, University of Miami, and U.S. Coast Guard Miami.

2010-2013 IAG completed fifteen task orders under the USACE IDIQ contract. Services included sampling and analysis tasks for the Kissimmee River Restoration project and the Herbert Hoover Dike Rehabilitation Project, and sediment characterization projects in Jacksonville and Clewiston, Florida.

2010 IAG signed an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with the USACE to provide environmental services to the Jacksonville District/South Atlantic Division. The IDIQ's period of performance is a base year and four option years.

2009-2014 IAG works with U.S. and local consultants for major energy companies in environmental assessment and remediation projects in Central America, the Caribbean and South America.

2007-2009 IAG was contracted by the USACE to provide sampling and analytical services for the characterization of sediments, surface water, and groundwater in sites being considered as impoundments as part of the Comprehensive Everglades Restoration Plan (CERP).

2006 IAG was contracted by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) to provide third party data validation services for an aquifer storage and recovery (ASR) regional study conducted as part of the Comprehensive Everglades Restoration Plan (CERP).

2005 IAG teamed with a major U.S. laboratory to build, equip, staff, and certify an environmental laboratory in a remote location in Latin America.

2004-2008 IAG worked with a team of U.S. and local consultants for a major oil company in a multi-national project in Central America, the Caribbean, and South America involving fast turn-around environmental site assessments.

2004-2008 IAG was part of the Weston Bean Joint Venture team for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers in the Miami River Dredging Project to monitor water quality in accordance with a permit issued by the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP).

2002 IAG assisted the Water Quality Division of the South Florida Water Management District with the review and revision of three chapters of the Quality Assurance Systems Requirements (QASR) Plan for the Comprehensive Everglades Restoration Program (CERP).

2001 IAG obtained the 8(a) Business Development certification from the Small Business Administration.
